  • Built an agentic assistant embedded into search and chat UI (app and WhatsApp), grounded in catalogue and user context, integrated with checkout.
  • Built a conversational shopping assistant with catalogue grounding and user context access.
  • Trained and tuned relevance using approximately 25 lakh purchase records and a fashion intelligence corpus.
  • Delivered in approximately 2 months; improved conversion from approximately 2% to 5% (2.5× uplift) and increased AOV by 28% over 5 months.

How I operate

I'm at my best when outcomes matter and timelines are tight.

  • The problem decides the playbook: If it involves user behavior, I talk to users. If it involves revenue or DAUs, I start with dashboards and align with marketing and product teams to isolate what changed.
  • Go deep before moving fast: I spend time identifying the real root cause, because efficient solutions come from the right problem statement rather than surface symptoms.
  • Ship in tight loops: I am used to startup cadence, which includes daily pushes, quick fixes, and shipping while building in parallel.
  • Balance speed with quality: I prioritize using the importance, satisfaction, and effort lens to choose what to ship now versus what needs more depth.
  • Data is never "missing": If the system isn’t providing insights, you can extract signal, especially by speaking directly with users.
  • Own milestones end-to-end: I delegate when appropriate, but I will get hands-on whenever needed to hit delivery targets and maintain momentum.
